In 2016 Next Day Blinds approached HZDG to revitalize their brand, as well as increase and reaffirm consumer awareness. I led the redesign of their website, working with the UX and brand teams to craft a functional, beautiful, and performant experience. Their old website had been overly complicated, the number of pages multiplying over numerous previous iterations, frustrating potential customers. We emphasized ease of use, making it effortless for shoppers to find the information they were looking for. For the more casual user, we made it easy to be inspired, showcasing the beautiful new lifestyle photography. Working with a mobile-first approach, we streamlined the online purchase process for desktop and mobile devices alike, creating a best-in-industry experience that made purchasing blinds easier than ever.
