A platform connecting Professionals with those who need their know-how.
Problem Statement
To develop a platform to allow professionals to connect with seekers and sell them their know-how through instant messages, audio or video conferencing and earn money for every minute of service delivered.
Working from home is more prevalent among individuals who are older. For those aged 16 to 24 the home working rate stood at 5.1%, compared with 13.9% for all workers, while for those aged 65 and over, it was 38.3%. Client wanted to empower talent that others will benefit from – mothers, fathers, self-employed who work from home, retirees or anyone who has a wealth of experience and knowledge just waiting to be tapped into. The opportunities are endless to anyone imparting or receiving knowledge, for both business and personal reasons.
Design Thinking Process
User Surveys
UX Surveys are the quick and relatively easy way to get data about users. In this project, I used user survey to understand the people practices towards getting advice, expertise, consultation or training. People really like the idea of this app.

Look & Feel Designs
Myself and the other one designer, each designed a unique visual design direction for the 'Home', 'Browsing', and 'Search' screens across three devices for web, Android and iOS. I worked with the Design Director to layout out screens and UI elements required to prototype the flows.
