Summary
This academic project aimed at studying a budget restaurant service like a film, frame by frame and identifying all touchpoints. There were two research methods used, initially a silent observation was done, later we became customers and did an autoethnography. We spent a few hours for two days at different times of the day, including peak and non-peak.
