Create the look and feel for a new title focusing on the rise of streaming and the technology involved. The design needs to reflect the modern subject matter while making it approacable to the reader.
Feed's design became heavily influenced by the use of illustration and typography as this was often the only way to support the editorial. This approach would help soften the heavy going content and helped differentiate Feed from its competitors on the news stand. I tried to be playful and bold with the design of each issue, sticking with Avant Garde for body copy, but often introducing new fonts for headlines/cover lines that sat well with my illustration style - which in itself varied from issue to issue.
