BYLC Brand Refreshment
Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), is Bangladesh's first leadership institute, exists to build connections among youth from diverse backgrounds, equip them with leadership skills, and enable them to have high impact
in public, private, and civil sectors. Within a span of seven years, BYLC has transformed from a living room project to one of the most trusted, respected, and sought after youth leadership platforms in Bangladesh.
 
To portray this energy, they needed a refreshment in their visual designs.
 
Vision
The Change in society as well as in Bangladesh driven by the next generation of home-grown leaders.
 
Philosophy
The work centric process of mobilizing a group to improve the human condition,
can open up new and exciting opportunities for ordinary people
to participate in leadership activities in society. 
 
Visual Ideation
The concept was to represent BYLC as the platform, where different persons with diverse and
dynamic possibilities perform in a structured process.



The Y Factor represents the dynamic energy of the youth.
