The legendary Queen of Tejano music was named Selena Quintanilla. Selena’s contributions to music and fashion during her life made her one of the best-selling Latin artist in the 1990s. She hugely became popular within the Latino community and shortly after her death became more recognized around the world by her beauty and talent.
I've redesigned a logo and exhibition to honor her and give viewers a more clear insight of her background, achievements, and passion.

I went through different ideas and settled for this idea of incorporating a pair of lips with her name, since she was famously recognized and known for her red lips. While doing further research on Selena, it led me to use two shades of purple since that was her favorite color, and of course the color red from her favorite lip color as well as black which was popularly used throughout some of her wardrobes.
