Coinciding with the 100th birthday of Leonard Bernstein, The Philharmonic Winds Singapore invited Maestro Tsung Yeh of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra to direct the band in an evening of all-American music. "From Bernstein to Copland" is a concert that celebrates American compositions and in particular, the marvels of the genre, Aaron Copland and Leonard Bernstein. The essence of the concert is depicted visually with the use of line art illustrations and colours from the flag of United States.
