UnitedFCU was looking to develop 3 TV commercial spots for their auto loans. Our goal was to highlight how much cheaper and simpler its is with a better level of service. After a series of phone interviews with real members we narrowed our selection and flew to St. Joseph’s, Michigan to shoot 3 commercials in 2 days.
Ron Easton
• Situation: United is Ron’s go-to place. He saved $58 a month by refinancing his wife’s car with UFCU. Plus, they helped him buy his “midlife crisis” car.
• Savings: He’s saving for retirement, and is using his monthly savings to help pay off his home equity loan.
• Experience: Ron appreciates how the staff presents information to him in a way that helps him understand how to reach his financial goals.
Candace Birmele
• Situation: Has been a United member since she was a teenager, when her grandfather opened up a savings account for her.
• Savings: Her son will be graduating from high school soon, and he’s looking engineering schools, so she’s focused on saving money for her son’s future. She refinanced her car with United and is saving $48/month.

Jennifer and Jamie Rose
