I sewed old used sweatshirts together to create my own unique recycled piece. This is my own original design and also my first sewing piece. I purchased the patch from a Brooklyn-based independent company called Wildflower + Co. After learning about the ridiculous amount of clothes that end up in landfills, I decided to work with what I had and turn something old into something new.
