OCLC’s internal User Experience team faced internal awareness of their capabilities. The immediately apparent solution was to create a visually engaging booklet to present research findings and better communicate with product teams.
Working with the UX Team, we articulated how the group functioned, documented their design process, illustrated how they work through problems, and how they could help others around the organization understand their research and have better performing projects.
