New construction, 420sq.m passive/active solar two-family home. House built with prefabricated wood panelized system. Main structure went up in 5days. HVAC system: combination of heat pump and radiant floor heating. Solar panels for 4.5kW system. Hot water system: water heater on demand w/solar thermal. Built in 2011.
