St Pierre's Sushi is a New Zealand sushi shop that started in Wellington in

1984. 33 years on and they now have over 40 stores around the country.

They are looking into ways to serve the customers delicious sushi while also

being sustainable and eco friendly.  80% of customers get the takeaway option

from St Pierre's meaning they are using a lot of packaging.

St Pierre's are wanting to bring through the Japanese design style in their

new packaging. They would like to use colours relevant to Japan while still appealing to their current target audience.
