As a self-directed investing platform targeting tech-savvy investors, our team recognized an opportunity to maximize the client experience across all devices by developing a library of responsive email templates. Working with the marketing and email teams as well as the brand team in collaboration with the lead brand agency, our team designed, developed and tested a small library of responsive email templates that would be used for client servicing messaging. As a result, messaging had a more consistent look and feel across all devices which helped to improve client interaction and ultimately deepen relationships.
