PROBLEM
Blue Apron is a service that delivers fresh ingredient meal kits and recipes Nationwide. The meal kits are delivered right to your front door making it convenient for busy families. Currently they do not have an easy way for customers to cancel their account.

SOLUTION
To improve customer satisfaction and grow their customer base I created a Cancel Account button on the Account Info page. This will make canceling your account easier. This significantly improves the current process of sending an email to customer support and receiving a set of instructions.
