Founded by Melissa Merchant, a passionate baker from East London, MeMe Bakes has been serving individual customers for over a year before deciding to take the leap of turning it into a commercial business. They needed a new face for the brand.
The name of the brand, MeMe Bakes, invites people to imagine the scene behind the making of each cupcake and that passion behind every serving. This is what we want to show through the logo.
With this aim we combined colourful baking equipments and the letter M. This letter does not only represent the initial of the brand, but also the initial of its' founder.
