COMMUNICATION OBJECTIVES 
Create a corporate brand identity, brand image and voice for a new home community in Stittsville that: 
• evokes the feelings; of happiness, safety, luxuries, and belonging within a community 
• represents the product and values of the home builder

BRANDING
To create the desired experience and therefor the perception of Rathwell Landing, gathered data and insight on the target audiences, reviewed the competitors, and the community to create a unique look. The fonts represent the transitional style of the homes, (a mix between traditional and contemporary), that appeals to a wide range of the demographics. Created an icon as a modern subliminal ‘seal of approval’ adding visual interest and individuality.

The colours are strong on their own, and also integrates with Valecraft’s overall colour theme. The colour continues throughout the advertising and marketing such as colour coded types of homes on Valecraft’s website. In addition, worked with service providers to; develop the tone of voice for written content, 3D renderings, and directed photoshoots.
