Poor electrical installations are the #1 cause of fires in the country: 33.1% As the leader appliance retailer of Costa Rica, Gollo felt the responsibility to help to reduce at least 5% of the fires caused by bad electrical installation, after all, mostly all the things you buy in Gollo need to be connected to an electrical outlet.
IDEA
In Costa Rica, one of the happiest countries in the world, the electrical outlets look sad and scared. That was the inspiration for Gollo to created an exclusive electrical installation program for its customers: the Happy Electrical Outlet. Every person that buys an appliance in Gollo, immediately receive a free electrical check, certified with the installation of a Happy Electrical Outlet instead of the scared one. We also promote this new service trough our social media platforms, web, POS in our 133 retail stores, catalogues, and outdoor-indoor posters.
