I wanted to explore the Brutalist style, I chose to extend a project I worked on last year {Wikipedia reimagined framework} as I felt Wikipedia were the first digital Brutalists. I spliced this alongside a tribute to Alien (1979).
My main focus was composition and colour expression, my type hierarchy was pretty much established from my previous project. I'm fairly happy with the results, however I feel I would struggle with this aesthetic in my professional practice.
