This project focuses on the topic Anxiety. It is to create awareness and acts as a voice through visuals to allow people to relate and understand the symptoms felt by those with anxiety. It is a showcase about their inner worlds to offer real discussions. The ones they often refuse to share, the ones that people suffer in silence.

The deliverables are two interactive publications and brochures, accompanied with a sticker pack, which are packaged in a kit. They will be distributed across the schools and counseling centers.

The primary target audiences are the teens and young adults aged 13-18 as it is the range of age when anxiety arises. The secondary audiences are the parents to allow them to understand what their children are going through.
The publication will feature a first person perspetive of what's it like to have anxiety, including a self-help tips/guide. Through the illustrations, it will provide realistic experiences and explore the effects anxiety has on everyday life and learn how to manage anxiety. The contents and design will open up conservations and sparks discussion.
