We talked about creating company-branded avatars to use for personas for our UX research. This project is meant to be cute. I was directed to create something "cartoony." 

They needed to be representative of various types of people of different ages, races, genders, and levels of "professionalism". They can be either chest-up avatars or full body avatars.

Here are a few examples I came up with.
