The 400º pizzeria in Aveiro was inspired by mob families. The mysterious and mafia world of American gangsters and Italian families has inspired a number of elements: the name of the pizzas, the red and black decorations, the pictures of dangerous men such as Corleone and Bugsy Siegel, all stuck to the wall. This artisanal pizzeria of Aveiro changed the look, but the temperature remains the same. The wood-fired oven works at 400 degrees, the temperature considered ideal for cooking the pizza as it should be.
