I was given a brief to explain about myself in a way that is visually understandable. In this brief I wanted to take the liberty of explaining true happiness that I found within myself.

Long ago, I used to be a person who changed their tune, personality, by environmental factors. It was a road to insecurities. Like a robot who would swap cartridge after cartridge trying to find the best power source, when it is meaningless as they are all the same in the end. I was sad and tired. To avoid being depressed, I catered to others, avoiding my consciousness and beliefs. It was a temporary solution that made me feel good but was not a permanent one.

After years of continuous relocation across continents and big cities of America, learning about different interpersonal interactions and psychology of people, I came to a realization that happiness comes from within. And it's not about finding various batteries that goes with the flow. The best battery is YOU. It comes from you. It starts from you.

• Changes happen gradually.

• To be happy, first, be confident in your own skin.

• Live up to the words you say or idolize.

• Do not be afraid of your appearance, be presentable and healthy, but not to the point where you are insecure about how you look to others.

• Life is fun, and be a fun person! It's not about being obnoxious and loud mouthed but fun in a way so that you can laugh easy. But also learning to be serious when time calls.

• Do not become a doormat to anyone. You are your own person. Take care of yourself!

• Be happy at what you do and what you want to accomplish.

• Surround yourself with genuine and kind people. Don't seek overly dramatic or toxic people who can cause you more harm than good.

With this in mind, I came up with a concept that visualizes the meaning of "happiness" into a metaphor about a robot who's best power source is himself.
