Last December 4 to 7, the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) officially released its 2017 Freedom of Information (FOI) Annual Report during the 2017 FOI Awards and Summit themed “Making Access to Information a Meaningful Right: The FOI Program One Year On”.
