RedBridge is an Australian marketplace for teachers and education providers. We identified issues with choices (Hicks law) during wireframe exploration, as there will be multiple providers adding services. As a solution, we added search and played around with different types of filters. 

Problems, challenges, and issues were identified and prioritised for the MVP and subsequent phases.

Adding and displaying services was one of the biggest challenges. We built a prototype for adding services where we included a lot of criteria for date, location, and service category. Having iterated this flow with input from users allowed us to add services not only from the company but also from external service providers.
