For the social issue assignment, we chose issues out of a hat. I ended up with the more emotional issue of suicide. I decided to go with this image, because it depicted someone who seemed depressed, but the light on her face implies a brighter future coming. This ad was also used as the front of a tabloid on the same subject. The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is an outlet for those struggling with thoughts of suicide.
