This project focuses mainly on adapting a new design language to the existing VW 250 Polo. Here, I had to sketch and define new surface treatments on the side view. This project was done at Volkswagen India, Pune facility in house.
The use of existing parts with the updated surfaces did not fit in the new surfaces. This was sketched and realized with the engineers.
Surface variations were proposed to the VW team in HQ.
A comparison study quickly shows the updated surfaces that make the car look much defined and mature.
A final 3/4th was proposed to the HQ.
