Jive for Healthcare Collaboration
Along with Financial Services and Government Solutions, Healthcare was a specific industry of focus for Jive to bring their collaboration and communication tools to in order to make an impact in patient quality of care and outcomes through better communication between teams of clinicians and their patients. As well as to reduce costs in lost time to fragmented ways of communicating.
It was important to speak to Healthcare providers and clinicians in a clear knowledgeable manner. As the lead creative it was my job along with copywriters and program managers to be informed about the industry as a whole and challenges they faced so as to provide content they would be immediately comfortable with.
I helped develop design patterns and information flow on this specific page on Jive Software website rolling up information and resources for Healthcare providers to learn more about Jive's solutions. Review of user interactions let me work with the web team to improve engagement and leads over time.
