By analyzing the situation on site, I concluded that there is an obvious need for space expansion, and that, by building several objects on one plot, the connection of the tenants is imposed through the common courtyards. Such organization has as a result a reduced level of privacy, isolation, a sense of disorder, and indicates a low standard of living.
The new typology implies a unit sufficient for the functioning of a four-member family. In accordance with the wishes of the user, the space can easily be expanded by mounting other objects that can be residential, commercial, garages... The level of privacy can be influenced by the achievement of physical connections between object, thus forming different ambient units. This form of housing represents the response to economic and spatial constraints.
