YUGEN
Yugen is an important concept in traditional Japanese aesthetics. It means a profound mysterious sense of beauty which cannot always be defined by us. Like a ship moving out of a harbour lingers on the mind of the audience even after it disappears.This collection tries to tribe that beauty in the eclectic colours of yellow and grey with Japanese kimono cuts, cocktail minis and cloun pants. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of the beauty that is “imperfect,impermanent, and incomplete.”
