"Bouche Bée" means "dropped jaw" in French. 

To come up with a name for this bake shop that would specialize in kid's cakes and confections, I wanted to evoke something funny with a play on words. 

The alliteration and the word "bouche" are fun to say so they just right for both mothers, and the children to whom they would be ordering the cakes. 

"Bée" is also the first syllable of the owner's last name, so the branding also makes them recognizable.
