CERAMIC SET FOR CHERRY FLAMBE
During five days, we created a set of ceramic about the tableware. Chosing a specific and luxurious recipe - cherry flambe - , we wanted to add a culinary scenography to be made in restaurants.

The set is in 2 parts to wash it easly.

The finished set after applying the engobe layers. Ready to go in the kiln !
The recipe explained :
1. Porto is poured by the waiter on the cherries and a bit of sugar is added.
2. The Kirsch is poured on the cherries then.
3. The alcohol flows in the channels and falls down in the bottom plate.
4. The waiter lights form the bottom: the fire goes up on the cherries and throught the holes.
5. A pick is supplied to taste the dessert.
