The following electronic direct marketing (EDM) template was a proposed email design that would streamline and standardise how Dairy Australia emails information to its stakeholders. The design was created with use of the content management systems Pardot (Salesforce) in mind so that it allowed for easy use and accessibility by all regional offices and head office. It formed part of the group project work I undertook at Dairy Australia (Australian Institute of Management Diploma of Leadership and Management). The project's focus centred around recommendations on effective email communications to better support and inform dairy farmers, as well tie in with the organisation's brand. Various stakeholders were consulted during the project.
