Tarot cards have been holding my heart and mind captive for the last 20 years. I have fallen in love with the all the colors, the symbols, the strong visual statements they make, their meanings, and their varied artistic expression. Studying and reading the cards' imagery for self-development, decision making, and overall life question insights have become my passion. Creating a tarot deck with my artwork has always been on my mind, and now I am finally working on my dream, and I am making it come true! The original art of the major arcana images you see below are poster size 22"x30" gouache paintings I painted on watercolor paper. The top section of the card has the main/upright tarot image, and under that, you see some smaller images which are options for the reversed meanings. No more getting stuck with reversed cards! :D The art is based on my own intuition and some of the archetypal imagery/layout of some of the standard decks.
