In order to lighten most of the woman’s complexion, I first color corrected the overall tone with Curves tool, and then smoothed over her skin with Dust & Scratches filter. I accentuated her irises and lips by airbrushing with Brush tool and layer blending.

Performed in the order of 1) silhouetting, 2) background texture, 3) shadow, 4) reflection. Masking was done in 2 stages. First, a plug-in named Fluid Mask 3 was used to separate her hair. Then, the fabric and her body were done with Pen Tool.
