I produced and edited this film with Forward as part of Wex Photo Video's More Than an Image video series. Jim Mortram is an incredible force of nature and his ongoing photography project Small Town Inertia should be seen by everyone. The film was nominated for the Diversity Award at the Royal Television Society East Award (2018).
