Using the golden ratio for layout positioning, I experimented with where to place the block colours in the composition. Ultimately, the left design looked busier and more cluttered and having the color behind the origami instructions impacted legibility. Hence I chose the negative space for the instructions and block color for the finished product (aka focal point of this piece).
