The Context

The Outcome

Client Fedback
After some months in the product designing (analyzing, structuring, prototyping and hand-off) the Project Manager and CEO had the opportunity to travel to Peru to hold in-person meetings with the product owners and other stakeholders. We, at the design team, arranged 3 comprehensive prototypes (presented on mobile devices) along with innovative printed material with QR codes for them to present.

They liked a lot the presentation and the results, the whole team received good feedback and we contributed to a professional presentation.

User Feedback
- After shipping the platform, we received good feedback from users as well as some comments for updates and bug tracking to work on future releases.
- Store managers say they are now able to have all the promotion details at first day of the effective day
- Store sales representatives now have the current promotions at hand and are able to offer good deals to their clients, with confidence of accuracy and validity
- Content Managers had to adapt to some UI patterns at first, but found the tool easy to use. They still reported the need for features that were added later

Collateral Benefits
This project helped to set some basis to standardize processes in the Company, some future projects adhered to that workflow, other required less steps and other required more heavy-lifting in different areas.
