Fix It All - Branding

Crafting a New Brand Identity

Fix It All Plumbing needed a strong brand identity with a modern style to stand out among the crowd, create effective name recognition, and compete with regional leaders. After building a solid customer base in the Middle Tennessee area, Fix It All’s owner was at a turning point in his business and wanted to expand his team and services. Set on maintaining the quality and service he had provided his current customer base for many years, he knew he needed help to scale his business and elevate his branding to a level that was professional and competitive with other leaders in the area.

A new logo and brand mark was the first priority. To begin, I took inspiration from an element key to any plumbing business – water. I created a palette consisting of variations of blue hues and played with clean, minimal shapes.

Once the logo was done I wanted to make sure the customer experience was consistent in look, feel and tone. I designed a wide range of collateral, including business cards, stationery, invoice forms,
t-shirts, and custom truck wraps. All of these items helped to strengthen brand awareness and provide consistent messaging to customers. A new, fresh and professional brand look paired with exceptional customer service was a win-win for Fix It All and their business has boomed in response.
