EYESEE
This project was inspired in the third eye (ajna) or the sixth chakra, which is based around the power of intuition. This mystical eye allows understanding the immensity that surrounds us by seeing beyond the obvious…beyond the ordinary sight. The digital illustrations show geometric lines around the eye that represent all the connections that are created to get to the light and clarity.
The process started with a moodboard followed by the creation of three digital designs. Afterwards, the fabrics were screen-printed with gold inks such as Shimmer, Cromatex and Pearl. Finally the three sweaters were manufactured and embroidered by hand with threads and beads.
