Roasting Plant is a unique café featuring micro-batch roasting & on-demand brewing of ultra-fresh coffee, all delightfully mechanized under one roof. The prototype store on NYC's Lower East Side, the brainchild of ex-Starbucks exec Mike Caswell, was a big hit. But the shop wanted to tout its concept to the world at the biannual Milan Coffee Expo. This video was conceived, shot, edited and delivered in just ten days prior to the Expo. Whew!
