Water Excellence Philippines (WEP) is a non-government institution that advocates the environment and economy through growth centered on the water sustainability. In partnership with the Negros Integrated Water Resources Management Council (IWRMC), WEP facilitates a relationship anchored on the continuous exchange of insights, technology, technical know-how, and best practices among the province’s stakeholders. This is aimed at championing Negros Oriental’s stature as an excellent case study of a province that has achieved inclusive multi-sectoral growth through efficient water management initiatives.

In line with this initiative, WEP commissioned a two-year annual publication for distribution within the Negros region featuring industry stakeholders.
