In 2003, while at SWA Architects, Gregg Stahr was the Project Architect and lead designer for this 4 flat condominium in Hinsdale, Illinois.  From conceptual design and site planning, Gregg led the project for this unique building a few blocks from the quaint downtown of Hinsdale.  Determining solutions to the unique accessibility and fire separation issues led the design and construction details of the building.  As Project Architect, Gregg also was hands-on in completion and supervision of construction documents and the permitting process.

This 4 flat luxury condominium building was the first of a unique style of multi-family living for a suburban community.  The developers idea was to target empty nesters in an upscale community that may want to downsize without losing the luxury amenities and quality of life that Hinsdale offers.  The design offers a bit of the city living feel with the comforts of a suburban area.  Each floor of the building comprised of one 1,800 to 2,400 square foot two bedroom condos.
