This was a collaborative project with Tara Lynn Bridal to create a custom bridal gown using photographs taken by the bride's late father, as a memorabilia. I aided Tara Lynn by separating about 42 objects from the rest of their photos and creating digital vector images of the pattern pieces for the bridal gown. Tara Lynn, first, designed the dress, created the patterns, and adjusted them with several fittings. Then, I measured the size of the skirt pattern pieces and created them as vector images using Illustrator. Next, I made mountains and gradients on the vector skirts to be used as the background of the collage. Then, I separated and edited objects from the photos to be used in the landscape collage using Photoshop. Tara Lynn finalized the design by putting all of the separated photos into the collage, as per her request, and having it digitally printed. Lastly, she sewed everything together, adding 3D elements such as embroidery for further visual interest.
