Tolkiens Inspiration
We are at the Riederalp, part of the Aletsch Arena, the area surrounding the Aletsch Glacier, the greatest Glacier of Europe. JRR Tolkien travelled this area as a young man, seeking inspiration for his books. The result, we all know as "Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit". 
Bastian Keckeis is a mountain guide, offering journeys through these amazing mountains paired with stories about Tolkiens Travels and Experiences.
