Employee Engagement Brand Book
Re-imagining a brand with heart and soul that puts its people, and the people they care for, front and centre. 

I was tasked to design an employee brand book to help support employee engagement and the organisations recent rebrand.  The goal of the internal branding campaign was to create an emotional connection to the new brand. In the case of employees, Avivo wanted the connection to inform the way they approached their jobs and to have the brand vision in mind. The brand book explained key messages and reinforced them by weaving the brand into the fabric of the company.
