    With declining enrolments in an eroding TAFE market and a brand perceived as old fashioned, BHI undertook a robust market research initiative with its agency partner, Venus Education to reposition the brand, gain market share and increase brand awareness. The new position “Champions of the Skilled” spoke directly to key segments, reframed TAFE eduction as an aspirational goal and reclaimed the value of learning a skilled vocation. The performance of the Skill Seeker Campaign exceeded all expectations. Despite a significant budget reduction resulting in a 38% drop in campaign spend year-on-year, enrolments increased by 26.7%, many tactics performed 500% above the benchmark and CPA (cost per acquisition) was reduced by 50%.
