In the 80's Meredith Belbin developed a management theory, indicating 9 roles key to creating a successful work team. The Belbin Theory diagnosed me as being a Shaper, dynamic and driven, a leader that thrives on pressure. I've spent the last 3 years at Staffordshire University living up to my reputation, diving head first into overseas projects, extra curricular activities, and fundraisers.
My degree in Advertising & Brand Management has equipped me with skills in all things advertising, from accounts management, to copy writing. However, It's creative execution that I really excel in. Coming from a generation of technology, I have a natural flair for online, digital and social media projects as well as a keen eye for physical aesthetics.
