The Graphic Designer is directly responsible for assisting the Manager of Creative Services and Sr Designers while often taking the lead in developing concepts and executing design solutions for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium through the use of forward-thinking creative graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the brands across both traditional and interactive mediums.  These mediums include digital/social graphics, publications, sales collateral, marketing materials, campaign assets, ads, direct mail, outdoor installations, season tickets, seasonal schedule items, in-stadium messaging, logos, etc.  This position balances creative thinking with an ability to produce high volume error-free creative while utilizing a minimum of 3 years' experience in print, digital and motion design, along with a diverse skill set (further outlined below) to excel in the fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities
Developing creative concepts and executing production on all print, digital and motion graphics
Identity/logo design for internal and corporate partner events and programs
Adaptation of design elements to carry out the continuity of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s brand throughout all consumer touchpoints
Prepare images for production through color correction and photo retouching techniques
Design of infographics and data visualization
Precise proofing of all materials and deliver high-quality, on-time, error-free drafts
Designing and developing retail product lines
Conceptualize and build custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentations
Prioritization of rapid response projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements
3 or more years of active employment as a creative professional; experience in sports and/or entertainment a plus
Must present a portfolio of works that represents a diverse creative skill set including:
Social/digital design; including motion graphics
Page layout and understanding of grid based design
Identity/logo design
Photo editing and compositing

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, fluent within InDesign Style sheets
Excellent design sense; thorough understanding of design theory including principles such as color, typography and composition
Knowledge of print production and the pre-press process
Solid design expertise in social media and digital user experience
Demonstrated experience working across key digital platforms - desktop, tablet and mobile
Experience with client relationships, understanding client needs and meeting deadlines
Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
Background in digital photography a plus
