Space planning 'shaping of light'
Light, which is closest to scientific achievement and emotional contact in space, is the most practical and necessary component of space, and it occupies a large portion of the many emotional aspects we feel.
Most had to be focused on the form of light to fit the space, but Picobarn Coffee was designed by focusing on the form of light, and characteristics of light such as reflection, refraction, interference, diffraction and wave characteristics like the Doppler effect were adopted as formative motif so that the phenomena felt in this space would be more fundamental and emotionally stimulatory. Furniture, artwork, and windows were all designed as one big element that could be connected to each other organically.

The origin of mass
Table and artwork were created to enhance space identity. Table focuses on the organic relationship between modeled light and space, thereby emphasizing materials and shapes that can reflect the characteristics of light such as reflection, refraction, interference, diffraction, and characteristics of wave such as the Doppler effect. A total of six artworks have been produced under the theme of "The origin of mass" and emphasizes pop color elements to make the space richer. This induces emotional experience through phenomena that can only be felt in Picobarn Coffee.

The main hall, where the most light comes in from the outside, changes into a different image in the evening from the morning.
It provides a sensation of being in outer space, and the external light is cut off so that the internal modeled light is more emphasized as it fills the space. Functionally, the cube-shaped facade serves both a table and a shelf.
* The facade cube lighting can change color by using cutter roller using Philips Hue lighting, so it is possible to produce various displays of space.
SECIENCE MAKES SENSIBILITY
When planning space, we concentrated on the common denominator (intersection) of science and emotion, two unrelated words, and what they both pursue fundamentally, rather than focusing on two words themselves.The great scientific accomplishment made under the apple tree was accompanied by a sense of relaxation and sensitivity, and a café is a place to relax and think. We created a space where one can feel emotions through scientific motifs and planned a “space for thinking” where one can ponder upon life along with a cup of coffee.
