It is important to take into account the distinction between a strict corporate style and a tree symbol. The company must not be associated with a natural/organic sphere. So, I took only one leaf of the tree, which I drew in a rectangular minimalistic style. Icon consists a hidden symbol of growth/improvement, as well as IT technologies - a computer arrow pointing upwards.

In order to combine the icon and font in a single style, I created a notation on the letters O and visually divided the title into 2 parts so that the word "venture" is readable and at first glance the scope of the company's activities was clear. Color solution: electric green and pure blue colors that create a sense of innovation, start-up and project development. In combination with ink-blue, one gets the impression of seriousness and trust in the company.
